Hi there. Josh here. I'm a writer based in New York City currently working for Newsday. I am a former New York Times reporting fellow, and I've also written for New York Magazine, The Washington Post, Guardian US and more.

After graduating from the University of Maryland in 2016, I bounced around the East Coast working for different newspapers. I believe my diverse experiences are an asset as a reporter, as I am comfortable connecting with sources from all walks of life. My greatest strength is narrative storytelling, and I also have experience writing breaking news, editing and fact checking.
